Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Service prior to returning the merchandise. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any returned product unless an RMA has first been issued.

We need the following information to authorize your product return and to send you an RMA:
• Customer Name
• Invoice number or order number
• The number of items being returned
• The specific item(s) being returned
• Nature of the problem
• Whether the product box has been opened

Please return all products 100% complete including all original manufacturer boxes with the UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. RMA approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products being 100% complete.
If your return merchandise is accepted, we will credit your return in the same manner as payment. Refunds or credits are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. If you paid for your order with a credit card, the credit will be applied to that card. You will be able to verify the credit by calling your credit card company. If you paid for your order with a check, a refund check will be issued within 10 business days from the date the returned product is accepted by Lab-Plus International receiving department. If you paid by wire transfer, refund will be issued to the same account.
